Yashie woke up to the yell from his mother. Groggily he stumbled into the bathroom to finish with his morning toiletries and shambled downstairs, still only half awake. "You've got some mail today, sweetie", his mom said, and he fumbled for his glasses and shoved them on before opening the envelope and reading the bright bold 'Island Paradise Resort' printed on the front. "What could this be?" he wondered to himself as he pulled out a letter and read aloud:

"Hello there! You've been chosen with nine other people to come and stay at our resort for a whole month!
It will be handfuls of fun,the best part is that its all for free! Amazing isn't it? Its our grand-opening so we've started off with a small group of people to get your feedbacks and for you to have a good time. So don't wait any longer and come on down to the airport were a private jet will be waiting for you and nine other people."

His mom enquired of him thus, "Isn't that wonderful, dear? Are you gonna go?" Yashie shook his head, chewing his lower lip. "I don't know ... I don't even remember entering for a contest of this kind!" he said doubtfully. "Should I go?" His mom told him that he probably should go, as it would make a welcome change from spending most of his time in front of the computer. Running upstairs, he packed the necessary belongings into a suitcase. Taking the suitcase down, he waited for a cab for a while before he found one. Getting on and driving to the airport, he made his way to the private jet that the letter mentioned. He stood slightly away from the crowd of nine (or eight, depending on when Yashie arrived) people who were gathered, until he was asked to board the jet with the others. Once in, he leaned his head back against the headrest of his seat and pretended to be asleep.
