"Romie, right? The weird guy who gave me a knife."
A grin spread across Romie's face, and he chuckled, "yeah, I'm that weird guy." He said, as he kept walking with her. She didn't know it, but after a month or two of banging on the glass and screaming for a miracle, unlike the other perfect matches, he had given up. He didn't believe he'd ever really get to meet her after all the time, and he simply hid the glass behind layers upon layers of tangled plants and trees and vines. He'd been temped to sneak a peek, to see what the beautiful girl had grown up to be, but he resisted, and instead, dedicated himself to his secret garden, and his bedroom decor.
Which explains why Romie hadn't recognized her. When he'd first seen her.
"Your name is Rin, correct?" He said, putting a smile back onto his face, he hadn't even realized that he had been frowning until he looked at her and saw his somber expression reflected in her beautiful blue-green eyes.
