"O-okay...s-sorry...for b-being rude..." Lucas' stuttering was getting worse because of how nervous he was, and because he felt that 'Aradia' would want to ask him a lot of questions, as her thoughts were starting to sound rather curious about him, regarding his power. He had first felt it when she had held out her hand to him, in greeting, one which he couldn't bring himself to take...due to his...situation. She seemed nice enough though, friendly, but not too 'in your face' friendly. He hated people like that. He followed her into the mansion, even more impressed with the inside of the huge building. Chewing on his lip, another sign of his nerves, he contemplated breaking the awkward silence that was starting to form, hopeless though any such conversation would be if he partcipated, his quiet stuttering often discouraged people from talking to him for any length of time. They got frustrated with him, as he did with himself for doing it.
"H-how m-many o-thers are t-there?", he asked her quietly, hoping that she would be able to translate his messed-up speech.
