Fuu took in the pair's silence with her own. An old prayer song came to mind, something to help settle what would probably be numerous restless spirits. Child spirits. But the caw of carrion birds overhead, and the shuffling of what felt like Omi, probably examining the bodies came to her ears--and she felt it was not the time.

"The rest of them must already be buried under the debris." Omi said in a grim tone. Sorrow permeated the air around them--but the smell of rot grew no worse. The cold breeze saw to that. It felt as if the breeze had encircled herself and the two men, sending them fresh air. How strange. But Fuu did not want to linger here amongst the sleeping dead. And was sure neither did the other two. So, she pressed ahead, listening as the two followed cautiously.

Fuu was careful to avoid stepping on "graves" so to speak. There was a sense about dead bodies that she was mainly able to avoid--with some aide from the voice. Gently, it guided her to the building. Fuu gingerly stuck out a burnt hand, pressing it against a cool metal handle. With both hands she pulled, dragging aside debris with the opening door. Stale air hit her face as she managed to slip through the opening. Somewhere, a pipe leaked, dripping down the hall--but otherwise, an eerie stillness filled her ears. A shiver ran down her spine.

"Come on...it seems safe...and empty.." The word empty seemed to echo in the vacant halls. And Fuu felt herself grow sad, knowing these halls had once been filled with voices, laughter..maybe even song. Fuu had to clasp her hands tightly around her metal pole to keep them from trembling. She swallowed, dryly. "At least...it seems safe for now...maybe we can rest here a bit..."
