"Oh, I'm sorry," Joe began. He hated to see a girl cry, particularly when he was the one that caused it, "It's just..."

"Oomph!" he grimaced, rubbing his abdomen. Damn, she hit him hard too. Who was this girl? At the sight of her ring, Joe checked his own hand and, sure enough, there was a silver wedding band on his ring finger. Well, he always thought gold was a little gaudy.

"Hey, I don't really remember anything about last night. Just fuzzy images starting with a demon girl handing me a drink. He frowned slightly, "Maybe it was drugged? Whatever, I guess we just need to get to know each other all over again."

Nodding in satisfaction, he offered Roxanne his hand, "Hey, I'm Joe Dubey. Either name is fine, except with a Mr. in front of it. Or a Ms. or Mrs. for that matter. I wouldn't mind Dr., though, but Dom would just say that's malpractice."
