Ramsey Bourne

Ramsey sighed as he saw the rain pouring down outside the restaurant. It was rather late for the restaurant to be open, however Skye - the owner and Ramsey's boss - had some special offer in place which made him and his colleagues to be working late. Ramsey wouldn't have minded that much, if it weren't for the fact that there were quite a few customers that really got him wound up. Some older women were constantly asking him to bring them a glass of water, help them pick a dish and whatnot - only to giggle when he spoke with his British accent. This man was constantly complaining about his food and how the service was horrible. Ramsey was close to punching the daylights out of him. Yet, one look from Skye stopped him from doing so.

Ramsey looked up at the clock. Ten more minutes before his shift ends. He took a deep breath and looked out at the customers from behind the door of the kitchen. It was moderately quiet, with only some of the customers speaking quietly. Ramsey saw the troublesome customers eating patiently, so they shouldn't be calling for a waiter for a while.

"Hey, Skye, mind if I go home ten minutes early? I doubt any of my tables will need a waiter before I leave." He shouted across the kitchen to the woman busy speaking to the chef. She just looked at him and waved him off, which made Ramsey a bit happier. It was a long day and he was more than happy to go home. He went to grab his bag from where he put it at the start of his shift when a sudden crash alarmed him.

He ran outside of the kitchen, to see one of the customers shouting at one of the female waiters - Jane. The poor girl was in tears, and the plate and the food were all over the floor. Ramsey saw Skye run out straight after him, just as alarmed.

"What do you think you're doing, mate?!" Ramsey asked the man angrily as he got closer to him.

"I did not order this!" The man yelled at him. "I'm not a fucking rabbit, so why would I order that rabbit food?!" He pointed at the salad and other vegetarian dishes that were all over the floor.

"Bloody hell, that's not a reason to holler at her about it." Ramsey replied. "I don't give a toss whether you ordered this or not, you have no right to be such a bloody tosser about it to my colleague."

"Don't speak to me like that!"

Ramsey's eyes narrowed and took a step closer to them man and grabbed his collar, pulling him up from his seat. "I will speak to you in whatever way I like, mate. Now apologise to Jane before the plates will not be the only things that will be broken."

The man mumbled an apology, at which Ramsey let go of him. "I'll let you deal with it now, Skye. I'll see you in the morning." With that, Ramsey left the restaurant and into the rain. Just as the door closed behind him, a glass of water fell over and the water went all over the man's trousers.
