Nudge had heard the 'thing' as well, and pushed himself to run faster, though he was getting tired, as he hadn't fully recovered from using his powers earlier, or from his remaining injuries. When they had found an opening, Nudge started to run for it, then remembered that the others would be trapped inside if Emvee couldn't keep it open for long enough. Pulling Emvee outside with him, he added his own power to the other psychic's. He knew that his contribution wouldn't last long, but if it meant that the others got out, then he would hold on for as long as he could. He sent an image of the current map to Amp and Dusk, so they knew how to get out. He wasn't familier enough with Matt's mind to send anything, and Cannon couldn't sense Nudge's mind at all...Nudge just hoped that they could all get out, and that 'whatever-it-was' that was chasing them would get trapped instead...Emvee had said it was 'hunting' them? Nudge didn't know what that meant, but he knew it would be bad if it caught them.
