"What you don't understand Kitty is that this is who I always was. I was just to cowardly to show you this side in the real world. If I did you would be treating just like you are now. I use people in this world. Honestly it brings me some kind of happiness to see they are miserable just like I've been my entire life. Here and the living world. They should all feel my pain."
More tears came, normally, she would have wiped them away, but she left them there. How come she was so strong when One Eye was around, but when she was alone with him, she fell apart? Kitty found herself stepping backwards at his words. "So, you lied to me?" She asked, her lower lip quivering, "you know I still love you, why'd you have to hide yourself from me?" She didn't know if she was trembling from anger or sadness, probably both.
"I was such a scared person in the real world I never came to you with my problems with fears of you leaving me. Now that I think back I don't know if I was using you for your affection or if I really did love you."
She stumbled back another step wincing, it felt almost like the night she died, like someone had just plunged an icy blade into her chest, and that the image of Hayato's panicked face when she realized she'd never tell him 'I love you' again. Though this revelation hurt more than the real thing. She clutched her chest as if she was afraid he'd come over and tear her heart out...to late. "You never loved me?" The words came out as a pained whimper.
He sat on the ground and looked at her with dark eyes, evil eyes, "If you don't want to be my Sacrifice then I can break the bond that we have. Just know if I do that I will most likely either die or join forces with Mary. If she wants to take this world and the living world I will lend her my full support. But your wrong about Everlost changing me, I'm changing Everlost."
Akemi shook her head an turned to face away from him. "Why are you doing this to me, Hayato? You can't take the living world away from me, it's all that I have left to remind me that our love wasn't an illusion...though, maybe it actually was." A tear rolled down her cheek and landed on the ground, followed by more.
"Nikon, are you dumb?" Nico turned around, looking out the door and back at One eye. Who the heck is Nikon? He thought, obviously confused by the girl's mix up with his name. "Kitty is Belovely's Sacrifice. And she hates his sorry guts. Me, I personally don't give a tree about him as long as he doesn't kill me. Like he almost did before you came in. Thanks for that by the way. Wait, why am I talking to you? You could go tell him something or other. I'm gonna stop talking now." This girl was strange. Pretty. But strange.
He sighed and sat down in front of her, crossing his arms as well. "First off," he began, "I'm not Nikon, I'm Nico, but nice try, all the same. Also, Belovely? There's not much about that guy that is in any way lovely." He rolled his eyes, "Now, don't worry about me telling Beloved, I only tell him what I want to tell him and I promise, this conversation is confidential." Nico looked at her a bit before continuing, "and no, I'm not stupid, if I was stupid, I wouldn't have been able to get so high up in Beloved's court. I kind of figured out the whole 'Sacrifice' thing a bit ago. I wanted to know what this meeting was all about."
