Michael Hayes

“So she’s away
” Michael said as he looked at Sophia Diamond’s apartment from a low rooftop. He had her file in hand, and was trying to make sure everything was correct. The last thing he needed was to fuck up on his first solo assignment. He had scouted out the apartment from various angles before he decided that teleporting in would be safe. Michael set the files down, and teleported inside Sophia’s apartment. Upon finding himself in a new location, Michael took a few looks around. The apartment was fairly neat for an artist. He expected paper and paint everywhere, but it didn’t bother him. “Now where does she keep her visions
” Michael said softly to himself as he started walking through the apartment. He didn’t come across anything until he reached a door he assumed to be a closet. He opened it with caution, but there was danger present. Instead, there was a small room filled with nothing but art materials and paintings.

One painting stopped him in his tracks however. The first painting he saw was of
him. It didn’t seem finished, but it showed him opening a door. He stared at it for a moment before holding his hand out and summoning his camera. He snapped a picture of his first, before moving to the next painting that caught his eye. This next one was even more interesting. There was a silhouette in the corner of the painting leaving a bloody scene. In the scene, half of a woman’s head had been sliced off.

“The fuck
” Michael said with a disgusted face. He snapped a picture and moved on before stopping again. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing. There was no way something like this could happen. The company
Hell, the world would be shaken. “Is that
D.C.?” Michael said slowly before taking a picture. He stared at the painting of D.C. completely underwater. In the background of the painting, there was a woman with her back turned. Michael tried to think of how this could even happen, but he moved on to the next that showed two men standing on top of a moving bus. He didn’t it too much attention as he felt that there were too many paintings to look over. Those were the only paintings that stopped him in his tracks, but he took the time to take pictures of as many as he could find. Though the mission was going along smoothly, he found some paintings disturbing. “Now for the cameras.” Michael said to himself as the camera in his hand disappeared. He smirked for a bit as figured this could be a chance for him to test how fast he could teleport before hitting the ground. Michael’s body disappeared, and then reappeared up on a wall of the room before placing the first camera and teleporting again to the next wall. He did this throughout the house until he ran out of cameras. Most cameras were up high or in very hard to notice spots in the house. Even if they were spotted, it would be hard to remove them or even get to them while they were on the wall. This assignment might have taken days for most agents, abilities or not.

The young agent then appeared in a room that wasn’t too ordinary. There were weapons along the walls and everything seemed to be neatly in place. His camera was on a desk between a lock pick and a taser gun. There were other items placed neatly on his desk as well as Sophia’s file. He didn't have a case of OCD, but he needed everything to be in their spots for when he wanted to summon an object from its place. If he wasn't as specific as he was, he might end up summoning a jammed gun or a broken camera. He never told anyone much about how he used this room for his ability, and he was sure that only Maria Pergrove, George, and Anna knew of the room. Time to kill some time until George gets back. He’ll want to see those pictures though.. Michael thought this as the camera appeared in his hands.

George Fiorillo

George shook his head at Anna’s comments. Though he wasn’t too fond of the things she said did, he knew he could trust her to have his back during an assignment. “You should really learn to keep your hand to yourself. You kids these days don’t know how to be serious. This is exactly why I won’t put you on a job with Mike.” George said seriously as the two walked toward the exit. He didn’t speak again until they entered the parking lot “You guys are young though and more controlled compared to the other young agents
Hey, you itching to drive this time? I don’t like sports cars too much.” George said as he opened the door to the passenger’s side of the Jaguar. He didn’t get in though as he spotted something interesting in the seat. “Looks like Mike finished already.” He said as he grabbed the camera and stepped into the car. George was curious as to what Michael caught on camera. These painting could reveal something huge.
