Red eyes scanned the horizon, searching for signs of any visitors. Suddenly, they spotted a familiar horse carrying it's familiar rider, disrupting the calm of the peaceful and colorful villiage that was home to such pleasant people, Kakariko. The owner of the ruby eyes hurriedly scaled down the tree that she was perched in, revealing her dark hair and complexion, and her face as the apprentice to the shadow sage, Rala el' Cadora. She slinked across the field, running towards the outskirts of her home to greet her friend.

She snuck through, moving through the shadows of the repetitive fruit stands and markets, glad that the angle of the sun provided her ample darkness to shroud her in. This was her talent--moving with darkness, invisible to the eyes of those in the light. She loved it. It was like a game to her, and it was so good for sneaking up on people. She remembered the first time she was able to sneak up on Impa without being noticed. The old woman screamed so loud and fell over, Rala thought she had killed her at first. She snickered to herself, fond of that particular memory.

She finally reached her target: her friend, rival, and fellow Sheikah, Aliah Valdean. She moved carefully into the patch of shadow behind her, waiting as she called out looking for her. She began to giggle but quickly caught herself so that she wouldn't be discovered. Suddenly, she saw her opening and pounced as soon as her target's guard was down, wrapping slender arms around her and taking her to the ground.

"Aliah!" she cried out in glee, laughter filling her voice. "I'm right here."
