Eros was slightly startled by the sincerity of the angel's smile, although, he barely ever talked to anyone that wasn't something that others couldn't talk to so he wasn't used to expressions in general. Letting go of the now standing angel, he shoved his frigid hands into the jacket's deep pockets in an attempt to warm them. He stood awkwardly as the angel thanked him, "It was nothing," he grumbled quietly, the first time he spoke all day long, his voice was hoarse from the lack of use.

His mouth twisted into a scowl as the angel pointed out obvious, "I know I'm cold," he blink in surprise when the angel asked if he wanted his coat. The prospect of a coat was enticing, but the thought of owning the person something made the idea less favorable. He weighted the pros and cons, the angel didn't seem like someone who would take advantage of a favor so he relented and nodding. "That would be great," he said, making sure to seem like he didn't really care. Even though he was fighting back another shiver. Eros glared up at the stupid air conditioner, who in return cowered in fear saying it wasn't it's fault the driver wanted a cold bus. He sneered at the machine one more time before looking away. He hoped the coat would be thick enough to keep him warm, every fiber of his being wanted to go back to where he had been hiding with the eloquent cat.
