I nodded at her, remembering she was around two years older than me. And also that she ended up in a ton of my classes. Or maybe it was all of my classes. I can't help it if they bumped me ahead in classes. It's only because my parents force me to take special summer school lessons that make me more advanced than my classmates. If I had a choice, I wouldn't be taking them. And then I'd be in a normal class, instead of taking classes with a whole lot of students older than me by more than a year.
"In case you didn't notice, sweetie, I'm the girl with the attitude." I smile widely, and warningly at Kathrin, turning the glasses in the picture into sunglasses. I was the stereotypical I'll-do-what-I-want girl, and most people in this school, at least got that part. Not so sure about keeping their distance from me. It depended on how badly they had been intimidated. And then there were those who needed a stronger lesson.
