Tina cheerfully sat down at the table in her house. Her dad had cooked scrambled eggs and bacon, the two best breakfast foods. She started chowing down instantly while her father signed and sat across from her. Eventually, he asked, "I know you are hungry, but if you keep eating like that, you're going to choke yourself."

Tina swallowed down the mass that was in her mouth to respond, "But Dad, I'm not just hungry, I'm really REALLY hungry. I mean, I just went out for a long run and then ran through my katas! Why shouldn't I be starving?!" She went back to her scarfing as her father just sighed, shaking his head and muttering about his "tomboy-of-a-daughter."

A few minutes later, she had finished her meal and had thrown her backpack over the shoulder. He threw her dad a quick hug and said, "Seeya after school!" before rushing out the door and starting her run to school. She didn't want to be late again.
