I only went to the assembly because I wanted to see Zander. At least that's what I keep telling myself. I run back to my room grabbing my bow, sling of arrows, and my sunglasses. I was only given them because my extremely sensitive eyes. As I leave my room I look around, attempting to spot Zander without looking too...obvious(which I failed at). "If only he would just talk to me..." I say aloud before thinking. I clamp my hand over my mouth, hurrying forward. I slip my glasses on. Not the time to think about this stuff. I needed to be ready for anything. Maybe he'll pet me...God?! My mind keeps wandering. Well, technically it's not my fault that the wolf inside me, which is what I usually transform into, is sometimes a bit...like a house dog. I smile and try to play everything off, that is until I trip. I land hand on the palms of my hands and my knees, which cause my palms to start bleeding and my lower legs. "Crap!" I mumble rather loudly as I get up and attempt to stop the bleeding. "What is with all the rocks?!" I ask myself. God, I probably looked stupid.
