"Bread it is." Seconds later a large-sized window-like door opened from the ceiling, a crate- large, as wide as a wheelchair accessible doorway and the same height as well, was brought down in front of the quiet female. Inside were the contents of warm, freshly baked breads of all kinds possible.

"Today," spoken to all awake, "you will be able to keep your food for twelve hours of receiving it. This is until the 14th, the day before the challenges begin. I am sure you all understand, now, keep in mind, what you eat may effect you in the long run."

The door closed at the ceiling and the crate opened, the wooden outside fell down with a thud and revealed a heated casing with a key on top for it to be opened.
