He noticed her angst and tension when he touched the locket around her neck, therefore he quickly let it go again. He wouldn't want to anger her. Or frighten her.
When she asked about him being a traveler, he smiled and tilted his head trying to ingore her neck. That sweet spot he'd sink his teeth into.
"Let's just say that I'm not exactly from London. I've seen many places in this world." Aaron raised an eyebrow in thought. "Most to be honest."
He frowned when she said that this particular inn didn't have any rooms he could rent, but kept listening. She had revealed where she was living though. Only potential problem was, that there would be other people close by.
"Oh, so where is this dorm exactly?" he asked politely. "And I intend to remain here for a while, though I am new to the place." Aaron smiled his dangerous smile again. "I would love a tour of this splendid city."
If he could somehow lure her on an evening stroll, that would be his perfect chance. Provided he could push those thoughts about knowing her better, to the back of his head. She was prey, nothing more. At least, that was what he told himself.
