Fiona glanced back at the carriage. Her brother still didn’t get out. Maybe he just wanted to sit a think for a while, get everything clear in his head. Well, she couldn’t argue with that. Keegan probably needed some time to think, and she needed some too. She sighed and turned back round, staring at the huge castle. Out of nowhere, two people, a girl and a boy about her age were in front of her. In her personal space. Wanting to communicate with her. She stumbled backwards just after the girl had finished saying something. Fiona lifted a hand to her hair and twirled strands around in her fingers. It somehow gave her a comfort, handling her own hair. But she had to speak, and it would be rude to just ignore.

“O-oh… you gave me quite a fright,” Fiona spluttered, hastily and clumsily curtsying before the two. “I am Fiona and I come from the Sercia kingdom. I came along with my brother, who is just in the carriage. I don’t need any help thank you, but I am sure I will see you inside.”

She smiled shyly at the two. They seemed nice enough people, but she didn’t want to socialize with anyone. Not on her own anyway. She quickly spun her head back round in the direction of the carriage, and focused on Keegan’s door.

“Come on Keegan, get out of that damn carriage and help me for goodness sake!” she muttered under her breath.
