The large cream colored wolf whined at nudged her with his muzzle. It had cheered him as she gave him a watery smile. This is what he loved about being in a clan. There was always someone there for you or someone to be there for. You were never alone. His eyes glowed with warmth and he settled down beside her, tucking his paws neatly underneath him. He had always looked up to Saveria. She had always seemed so strong, so brave. She was a vampire after all. But seeing her show some of her emotions, he felt even more protective of her than just blind adoration. She was human afterall...well in a sense.

She was still crying though and it angered him. Who had hurt his friend? Vera wouldn't be reduced ot tears so easily. Who ever had done it, must have done something awful.
