Sensing that Kazuo was a bit hesitant to leave her side, she flashed him a smile before he left. Her attention going back to his father, it was easy to see why he was a bit reluctant to leave. The man seemed to be very intimidating, even his smile showing a bit of disappointment. Of course she couldn't tell why, but it was there. "So Chiyu, how is Kazuo treating you? Is he being a gentleman?" The man asked casually drinking the wine.
Trying not to show any fear, she nodded. "Kazuo is treating me nicely, he acts like a gentleman everyday." Making sure to answer all the questions as to not make him mad. She couldn't help but worry how she phrased the sentence. Worrying that the man would get mad or something, she quickly tried to change the subject. "You have thrown a lovely gathering," she commented sounding genuine. Or as genuine as she could muster as she tried not to stutter.
