Honda nodded as Iceland explained, but was still confused about the bulls eye thing, bulls eyes weren't red. Maybe he does need to know a little more about the outside world. Getting uncomfortable when Iceland leaned over and was starring at Puchi, he sighed in relief to himself when he leaned away and pointing at Puchi who was now on his shoulder.
Honda tilted his head,"Puchi? Puchi resembles an Akita or Shiba Inu, both Japanese breeds..." He said it as an old history teacher was, while point their finger in the air but by their face. When he finished he slowly put his hands to offer Puchi to come. When the mixed inu breed jumped back on his shoulder he looked back at Iceland.
"Now I have two more questions... Bow and Arrow is it? How do I stand to shoot it?" Looking at the Bow and Arrow and pointing to them calmly like he always does. Then he looked over to America,"Oh, hi.. Just confused about this.." points to the bow and arrows.

Smiling still as he looked at Canada with the stare that caused little puppies to kill themselves. A stare so frightening he could kill a million of eagles, or even curse Japan with an earthquake! "If a polar bear was chewing on my head, how do I get rid of it?"
He smiled at Canada and stopped staring and imagine a tan polar bear chewing on the top of his head, and struggling with trying to get it off. Laughing a little he closed his eyes and rubbed the back of his head blushing a little.
