Alex got out of the cab, looking at the academy for the second time. How her parents loved to ship her off here. They were scared of her, though they would never admit it. They had every right to though, they had watched her drop an eagle from the sky just by looking at it. But at least they bought her whatever she wanted so she wouldn't hurt them.

Getting out she handed a ten to the cab driver if her would carry her suitcases for her. She had about four suitcases so she took one of them and let him take the rest. How easy it was to have others do what you want. There were small bags as well, carrying things she wanted and would not fit in with her other things. She grabbed those and walked to her dorm.

Looking at the map at the entrance of the dorm building she mumbled to herself. 203B...203B...ah! There it is! Good thing there's an elevator, I couldn't make it up a flight of stairs with this stuff!." She looked over at the cab driver realizing he had more and gave a quick smile before going to the elevator. She opened it and went in, pressing the buttong just as the driver got in. When it opened moments later she emerged to see a girl with a camera. "Good thing I'm not camera shy." She said to herself. Aparently the cab driver was though because his face turned red when he saw the red light on it. "Let's just hurry and get to your room miss." Miss? She liked that. Walking up to 203B she saw it was already open. She hoped she got the right bed, she prefered it.

Walking in she set her stuff on the right bed and had the Driver do the same. Giving him an extra five dollars he rushed out. Smiling to herself she left most of her stuff in the room but brushed her hair quickly. She saw herself in the mirror and smiled. People say beauty doesn't come without pain, well she controlled pain, so she guessed their wods were true. Walking out of the doorways she approached the two in the hall and said, "Hey, I'm Alex. Room 203B."
