Jenny simply stared at the man who killed one of the creatures, she did not flinch or blink. For a moment she stood still, contemplating the prospect of simply shooting this man in the head and being done with it. Yet before she could come to a decision, he was already away, off to deal with some other commotion, it seems as though he would live for another day and she would not need to expend her bullet. Nothing ever seemed like it went the way it seemed, but somehow she felt as though everything that was happening had happened before, as though she had already lived through every event and seen its outcome. Sometimes it seemed as though there was more than one outcome, as if her choices could actually mean something. She knew better than to think that way, she was Subject 0001-C, and nothing she could say or do would alter the course of events to come. She could kill, she could die and none of it, at the end of things, would matter.

She continued walking, stepping behind a pillar just as a helicopter's spotlight passed over where she was. The must be looking for someone, or some thing. She could not figure out if they were looking to kill or rescue, not that either would mean anything. Humanity seemed like it would lose, humans were weak and their numbers dwindling. For each dead, another creature would rise, it was a battle in which humanity would destroy itself.

Jenny walked to a street bathed in blood, four fierce looking, mangy looking dogs looked up at her and she turned to run away. The beasts took a moment before deciding to pursue her. She did not care for having to run away but she let her thoughts wander away from the task at hand and wandered into a dangerous situation. She would have to wait till she got a feeling, something to give her a chance at survival. She ran quickly, but her legs were already feeling the effects. As far as she could recall, she had never run before. She was quite a show too, bright red hair on a pale as could be body with four once-were dogs in pursuit like a pack of hunting wolves. Yet she did not scream or yell or make any noise other than the sound of bare feet on pavement.
