Stella felt sorry about not being able to help Jean more. He was a good man, and he truly meant good things for those close to him. She stood up, right in front of him. "I will be close to you, ready to follow your orders if need be. Use me as you see fit, for I am convinced I can carry out whatever duty I am tasked with." She looked at him in the eyes, and he did the same. Stella was really worried about the trust Jean had in her. Did he believe her words, when she said she knew nothing more, or maybe he didn't? She tried to understand the meaning before those cryptic words the man spoke before suggesting that they come back to the Academy room.

Stella followed Jean, silently, and waited behind him as he knocked the door. He would let her enter before him, which she did. She smiled kindly as Jean explained the fake resolution to the fake situation they had created. She did not say anything else before the conversations were over. She wondered, though, what she would have to do, when everyone started standing up after everything was said.

Surprisingly enough, that man would be nice to him. The first thing he told Ymber was not to call him 'sir', and instead suggested that he should be called Friedal, or Daller. He felt at ease with him. "Right, Daller. That is fine for me. Well, I haven't been to any mission before. Not like this, or any different. My age and position wouldn't allow for it. But oh yes of course, heroicity always shines through! Right?"

"I do not know much of the terrain... but I have the feeling it will be rather arid... I mean, the place we live has got to be the best place. That's why we live in it, right? Therefore, other places should be worse... even if just a little." Ymber's logic made a certain sense... only to a certain extent and to certain people. A very centric view of life. Why should there be other places, better than his own, if he wasn't living there? Strange logic, but that was the one Ymber believed in.

"Indeed! I don't think we'll land near volcanoes, right? I wouldn't want to do that!" He laughed along with Daller.
