Lyra blinked once to Kiyoshi's statement and then smiled, erupting into a short burst of laughter that she quickly silenced due to the sleeping members inside the pack house. This was just Kiyoshi's style, simply doing rather than thinking. He had invited Lyra out without any direct interest in where 'out' was. Perhaps this was what blended them so well together. Their views on the world were so different at times. Kiyoshi was one who would simply let the river take him adrift where as Lyra would stand there and scream at the river to flow the opposite way. Neither method was correct, but both had their advantages. And together, they simply worked.

Lyra smiled and nodded, agreeing to his idea. "Breakfast in town would be nice. Come on, we will just see where our feet lead us, sound good?" she said beginning a casual stroll forward. She stretched her arms and looked up into the sky, noticing the moon's faint outline still in the sky. "It's weird to think that the next time we run together. . . it may be on four feet," Lyra sighed with a mixture of longing and hesitation.
