Kale laughed with her. "I guess so." He smiled, and somewhat clumsily dismounted the giant creature they had somehow managed to kill. It's many limbs still twitched here and there. he hoped they never met another bug like it. "Don't worry, I'm we'll be able to find the horses. Once they stop running they shouldn't go far. Then there's just the problem of finding where they went." He sighed, and looked at her, covered in green goop. He could only imagine what he looked like. The scene could be comical if not for how close they had just come to death.

Kale looked over at the dead centipede. "What do you think this thing is?" He asked. "I've never seen anything like it... But it looks like something like the rumors in the Dire Woods. But we're miles from there. Even if something like this exists there normally, why would it come here?" He wondered aloud. "I thought I'd heard once that there was a reason monsters never left the Dire Woods..." He wondered what exactly was going on.

After a moment of thought, he decided it was something to figure out later. "C'mon, why don't we go and find those blasted horses, and then we can see about finding a town, and getting a bath." He chuckled.
