While Michael got drinks, Nick glanced around the 'hideout'. Yep, definately cozy. He wished he'd had someplace like this when he was growing up, someplace to hide from everything. Ah well, he had his apartment now.
When Michael finally took off the hoodie, Nick shifted a bit closer to him and ran his hand along the other male's arm, along all the scars, suddenly feeling a more confident about touching the boy, now that he knew that Michael wouldn't pull away.
He couldn't help but wonder though: would this simple gesture lead to something more? They were on a bed, of sorts. Nick had been involved in 'one night stands' before, but he didn't want Michael to become just another one. If he ended up doing this, he'd do it right and not just leave the next morning, like he had done with others. It just didn't seem right to put Michael through that, and Nick didn't think he could even put himself through that.
