"That night, you didn't....Did you..." Jessa began but couldn't seem to finish a thought. It looked as if she had so much to say yet couldn't say a word. "I - we...I don't know." Zack shifted his weight to his other foot. She looked as uncomfortable as he felt in that moment. It was awkward, to say the least. Zack's eyes fell towards the ground, his focus became his hand. Had it always looked so small? He moved his fingers as if to make sure reality had set in.

"I'm not good under pressure. I never have been." Jess started again. "When something happens I just deal with it and move on. But this? I can't do that with this and it's driving me insane. I mean, I guess I could but that would be wrong." She began to ramble. Zack pulled his eyes away from the ground and watched Jessa's face. She was chewing on her lip awful hard, but Zack realized he was fidgeting quite a bit as well. "Zack I'm..." He sucked in a breath as he felt the uneasiness begin to really settle in. The soft voice of the beautiful girl began to tremble which made Zack start to shake a little as well.

And then, those words..."Zack, I'm pregnant." It took a minute to process the words the girl had uttered. Zack stared at her in disbelief. "What?" was all he managed to croak. Pregnant? Wait what, with HIS baby? This was all too much. A billion questions began to swirl in his mind. Was she sure it was his? Did she want to keep it? What if she did? Where would she live? How would she support it? Did she want Zack to be with her to be a father? The questions kept coming as Zack stood frozen. Where did he begin? He couldn't be a father, he wasn't fit to be one, ever, let alone at twenty years old.

He shook his head "Are you positive? What are we going to do, Jess?" was all he could seem to say.
