Shizuma was focused on the cooking meat, making sure that she didn't burn it. She waited for the pieces to get the perfect golden brown before pulling them from the fire. She held the cooked food in the air for a moment to allow it to cool. She then slid the meat off of the stick and into the pack on her hip. She would save it for later.

She looked at Riddick, seeing something in his expression that...troubled her. She didn't have any problems with his upbringing. She knew that all creatures were created by her god, Iratze, which left no room for the term 'unnatural' creatures. She had the feeling that a bond was beginning to form between the two, which she did not approve of. She had no room for others in her life; she had Hotaru to think about. This man was still potentially dangerous, and she would not bring danger to her. She would sooner gut out her organs and set herself ablaze.

Shizuma stood, turning her back to Riddick. "I must go," she stated, "Farewell." She left him sitting by the fire after that. She was headed north, back to the mansion. She did not invite him along, but she couldn't guarantee that he would not follow her.
