Shizuma moved quietly and swiftly through the forest until she reached the edge of the tall, leafless trees of the Rose Woods. She stood for a long moment at the treeline, looking at the change of scenery. Silver Lake was now before her, the water clear and smooth as a sheet of glass. Shizuma took a few strides out of the treeline, standing on the small stretch of land that seperated the forest from the lake. She could see her mistress's mansion in the distance, just on the other side of the lake. The thought of Hotaru waiting for her made a faint smile spread across Shizuma's lips. Being in the wilderness was calming for Shizuma, but it also made her greatly miss her Red Rose.

There was a canoe tied to the bank of the lake, not far from where Shizuma was standing. She'd crafted the vessel herself after she had found one of the only trees in ShiroKuro with strong enough wood for the task. She climbed into the canoe with a careful grace, making sure she didn't tip herself over into the water. She slowly made her way across the lake, not being in any hurry.
