Yoki collected all the pieces from the floor and placed them in her basket, hanging it on her arm she made her way up the stiars, wiing the droplets of blood from the floor as she passed them. The basket was heavy from all the stone pieces but she heaved it all the way to William's bedroom. Slowly turning the knob she wiped her shoes before entering, and heaved the basket up onto his desk. She sat for a moment to wipe her brow, then hastily exited the room pulling the door to a click behind her.

Her arms and legs hurt from running up and down the stairs, and carrying the heavy pieces. Shaking them out she entered the kitchen on the third floor in search of Sanae
"Onee-san," she grumbled, "My arms are sor-"
She stopped to see her sister sitting with the boy from earlier, and bowed, "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to intrude!"
