Like those human women who, when dumped, went on to eat gallon after gallon of that... icecream thing humans enjoy. Luckily, he was rarely sad... then again was he happy? What was he? Content? Puzzling to be sure. Even more lucky was that the raven woman interrupted his thoughts be whispering an invitation. Her house for coffee? Why coffee? He knew well what she meant, but why did they always say coffee?

That said, Uriel also anticipated Devyn feeding off him. Strange and as tired as it left him, it always seemed to bring her closer and closer to saying yes to him, and he knew few humans could handle two vampires feeding off them. He never took more then he needed as he did not enjoy killing humans especially beautiful women, they were precious. Who was he to deny mankind their beauty and splendor? So he always made sure to leave them tired and satisfied... A nice way to end it all then leave without a note or another word as you never wanted to make it messy.

"I would love to." Uriel whispered back letting her drag him through the dance floor by his hand. He was responsibly sure she was still watching, so he felt no need to wave to her. He would need her to fight off any thugs they may run into. He had no desire to put himself in danger... for any reason. He enjoyed his luxury position, he could not even remember the last time he had to fight. Arm around the raven haired woman's shoulder, they exited the bar and made their way to her small 2 bedroom apartment where she lived with her... well, every beautiful woman needed an ugly friend. It was a strange enigma.

Uriel was not sure if Devyn would wait outside... but he doubted it, it was pretty chilly, or break in through the door and wait in the living room, but as the raven haired nymph dragged him into her bedroom, he found he did not much care what Devyn was up to.
