For a brief moment his adversary appeared, finely dressed in a faded canary yellow suit with a tailoured shirt beneath. His boots seemed magical, judging by the way they were soundless as he moved, and he wore an odd mask which seemed to obscure his face perfectly. In fact, with his hair, gloves, mask and clothes not an inch of his flesh was visible. He existed for a brief moment before the chain whipped through him, slicing him in two, and he promptly vanished.

But there was a scuffing noise, and the dropped sword suddenly rose up. The mans cloak vanished, now with a small bit of distance between the two of them from the roll her performed to escape beneath the chain. He took off at a dash, feet utterly silent, making for out into the main foyer of the temple, then for the front entrance.
