Daren smiled brightly as Lara came back with a small bag in tow, and blinked in surprise as she asked him about instruments. "Piano, yes, and I can play pretty well. At least, the few people that have heard me say I do; I really just play for fun, learning as I go. Cello, I love the sound of it, but I've never actually tried to play it; it's one of the few I haven't yet." He bit his lip a little in thought as he led her down toward the front of the building,"What do you think about guitars and violins?" He asked, glaring at the human holding the car door open for them; the fool was giving Lara the dirtiest look he had ever seen anyone give to another person. The man uttered a sound much like a squeak, bowed slightly, and stood stiff. He gestured for Lara to enter first, and sighed a little, fingers gliding back and forth on his lap annoyedly as he took his own seat, as though he was playing a taxing piece on his keyboard even after the door clicked shut. He tapped on the hood softly, and the car began to move. "So tired...." He smiled lazily, loosening the noose-like collar of his shirt; he could be himself for an hour or so. No formalities, no one looking at him funny, or like they were frightened at his very presence, or gawk at him as though he was a rock star.
