"Of course I am alive! I'm not going to let them get to me that fast." Carefully they both made it into the room. Sighing with relief to see the others there, she smiled. Sitting Winter down softly, she took a seat next to him and looked at Travis. He seemed to be thinking deeply, so she didn't want to disturb him. Tyler seemed to be regaining some dignity. Thomas and Angie seemed nervous and scared...she felt bad for them. She looked down at her own hands...feeling very different. What did they do to them? Why were they put through so much pain? What kind of experiment is this?
Closing her eyes she laid her head down on the table. Sudden warmth filled the room, and men in chefs outfits came out with roasted pig and salads. Plates were set out and food was served. Riley stared at the food, hesitating to eat it.
