Finn may have ran in a way that she couldn't reach him, but she still tried. Teiver groaned softly, rolling her eyes and quickly slinking after him. Her eyes flickered shut, and she held her wand firmly but leisurely in her hand. "Expecto Patronum." She mumbled softly, and an animal bearing both the elk and the timber wolf formed from the tip of her wand. She sent the thing up ahead after Finn, having it arch beside him and come in front of him, the creature rearing on its hind legs, its front hooves pawing the air warningly.

The girl quickly came up after it. "Actually, I was heading to the astronomy tower to get a head start. You know me, always doing that sort of thing." She rolled her eyes, knowing full well they knew almost nothing of each other. "And I would never start running blindly off in the school's most reserved areas. You never know where you'll pop out. Like where you're headed now." A faint smile cracked along her features, and she folded her hands behind her back, her patronus disappearing. "You're headed to one of the no-longer-used girl's bathrooms."

Teiver tilted her head to the side innocently, a small, cheerful smirk on her facial features. "Seriously though. You run off, I'm not going to go after you. I'll just silently laugh at you and watch as you fall off the side of Magus Grex." Garrison sat on Teiver's right shoe, his tail twitching calmly, sweeping lazily against the ground, a small purr rumbling in his throat. He peered up at Finn, his own yellow-green eyes meeting his.

She quietly stuffed her left hand in the pocket of her robe, her fingers sliding against smooth metal while her other hand fidgeted with her satchel which had an extension charm placed on it last year. "You know, I really should just let you go and see where you pop out. I think it'd be quite amusing." She nodded resolutely, her gaze falling down to Garrison on her shoe. Teiver crouched down, scratching the feline right at the base of his ear, and his purring grew slightly in magnitude.

"You're lucky I don't just glue you to the floor right here for the rest of the year. You're going to get us both screwed over, I swear. Herve doesn't take lightly to anyone out and about in his secret corridors. And if he so much as saw you near the door, you'd be getting detention on your first day. And probably your first detention period." As she spoke, she continued to crouch down, her chin on her knees as she focused intently on giving affection to her cat.

"Now if you'd be so kind as to stop trying to get yourself killed, you should really get back to your Common Room before you're missed. All the girls might just die if you leave them unattended to for much longer." She rolled her eyes, the smallest of smirks pulling up the corner of her lips. In truth, Finn had managed a couple right turns, but he really was headed for the girl's bathroom. Lucky for him, it was the abandoned one, but perhaps unlucky for Teiver, as that would have been a laugh.
