"Doctor," a man said approaching Nadelin's father. "Subject S19G7 appears to be under a state of extreme distress. She has been running in circles at the length of her chain until her body gave out from exhaustion." Nadelin's father stroked his chin, thinking. "Hm. Of she continues at that rate it is possible she'll injure herself, and we can't have that." He snapped his fingers. "Give her a sedation, fix her paws up and then release her back into the pen without the chain." The man gaped, "Without the chain, sir? But she killed a man! That's why she's in a chain in the first place! Without it she may-" 

"That's why you'll give her the sedation until the door in closed again." He interrupted the man venomously. "If you aren't VERY CAREFUL you'll end up like Tom did." The man gulped softly then murmured a "Yes sir," and left to go bandage the werewolf. The process was quick as they drugged her and pulled her from the cage. Working quickly, her paws were cleaned of the dead skin and dried blood that had been caked with dirt. Her paws were treated against common infections and wrapped in clean linen. A few tests were run to make sure she had no form of rabies-related illnesses that would drive mad or to attack her own kind. Then she was unhooked from the chain and lain back in the cage, the titanium door slamming shut behind her unconscious body.
