Chamomile's gaze spread out over the the suprisingly large pulps of food, based on the cosmopolitan variety of people in the school you could see different kinds of food from every notable corner of the world. But everything that didn't look anything simular to apple pie was automaticly erased from her food-searching-vision. When she recognized the seducing smell of apples and cinnamon, she instantly reached for a plate and served herself a perfectly sliced piece of apple pie and diluted herself a scoop of vanilla flavored whipped cream on top of it. She didn't belong to one of those girls who counted ther calories per day and were afraid of chocolates and ice cream.

Chamomile glanced gently at the boy whom Rebecca had presented as her brother, Eliab. Chamomile had never really got a grip of love and its frequent ups and downs and falling in love wasn't something that she valued as much as, well - apple pie. Her expercience of relationships was equal to her expercience in chinese - none - but based on the whishy-washy, short lived lovestories which her ex-friends told her about, she wasn't that anticipative of making her own. On the other hand, she couldn't judge entirely on imagination but falling in love with someone you've barely met was just unrational. She felt sorry for Eliab, but still thought of him as pretty ignorant because of his unefficiant ways and too early love-confession.

She watched him leave the cafeteria, looked back at Rebecca in order to return her focus at her precious slice of apple pie.
