Suddenly, Tsukasa was nervous. Though she was glad they were leaving tomorrow.

"Goodbye, I'll see you tomorrow!" she said, attempting her usual ferver but failing.

She grabbed her bag and floated out of the hall, drearily for once, in a sort of wandering mindset.

"Perhaps..."

She thought that maybe beginning her sentence would help her finish, but evidently, that was not the case. She wanted to bake once more before leaving for the war, but that could be done later. She wanted to change into her battle clothes, but there was more than enough time for that; eagerness would not make the battle come any sooner and changing would not make her any more ready.

She settled on a sunny, clear spot in the grass.

"Perhaps I'll practice." she thought came at once. As she settled and ruffled her wings back, she lifted her hands and made intricate patterns in the air. A sprout began to grow, and though it began rapidly, it slowed. Tsukasa would grow one, great tree- to push herself. Small things were easy: vines, flowers, calling passive animals, but the bigger things got, the harder they were to control. Tigers, trees; too many of them and they would strain her.

The tree began to grow. First, past Tsukasa's head. Soon it would be taller than the trees around it.
