Nixie laid on the couch as she watched T.V. She figured she should be nervous, considering she posted an ad that would have all kinds of people coming to live in her house, but she didn't feel anything at all except for a bit of curiosity. Hopefully she was going to have a house full of people in no time. It was only ten in the morning, and Nixie had only put the ad two weeks ago, so she should be getting applicants anytime now.
She twirled a lock of black hair between two slim, pale fingers. She was bored, and falling asleep.
'Eh, a little cat nap wouldn't hurt,' She thought, and let her teal eyes slide close.
She was asleep in seconds, which was normal for her-- she could change into a cat after all.
