Alex's face turned a bright red as Hailee kissed his cheek. " N no problem. " he tried to hide his blush as he turned and walked back to his hammock and sat down on the edge. He didn't get affection often let alone a small peck on the cheek even. He spent most of his time killing and hunting alone, far away from any civilization. When he did get help it was mostly males and even when there were females they weren't the most affectionate people around.

Not many women found him very fetching after they found about his personality. Some of his jokes and remarks were, less than flattering which got him chased out of a few settlements. The ones that did find him somewhat good we're crazy which resulted Alex bound above a pit full of spikes after a disagreement. Hailee seemed different like there was something bothering her other than being locked up.

He tried to clear his mind and clicked his heels again and started to draw a plan in the dirt as he hummed to himself. He knew if he could open that vent at the top of the enclosure he could have all of them crawl out and open the door. He got a bit excited thinking of him and the others getting out.
