"I'd-" She starting, grinning widely, but her smile faltered as she looked at the boy's face. He wasn't normal. He wasn't crazy, but he wasn't normal. "He's fine. He's just... Not normal. And he's probably going to decline what I'm saying, but it's true." Charlotte said, deciding to speak up when Sammie stopped. She tugged on the bottom of her dress as she waited for Daniel's answer. She cocked her head sideways, curios at what he would say. But over his shoulder, she saw two guys talking. One seemed younger, but the other was at least 20. She caught the older kid's eye, and Sammie took over again. She gave him a smile and gave a look that invited him to come over. But he wouldn't. Nobody listened to little kids like herself.

Returning her attention to Daniel, she raised an eyebrow.
