"Well, there's no such thing as normal," she pointed out. And it's true. Everyone has their quirks, something that makes them not 'normal'. Which makes it so normal really doesn't exist.

"Of course she can come," Danny says.

"Cool," Kristine said, smiling. She took his hand and got out of the chair, her head spinning. She saw some celery on the other side of the room. Negative calories. She can have some of that, when they get there. She needs food, and she needs to be a good example for Sammie. She must have enough problems without people shoving food at her all the time.

"I'd like to speak to you in private later, Kris... that's if you're up for it." Danny tells her.

"Sure, we can get out once we meet some people," she says, smiling, "I'm fine, really."
