Anthony was on a bridge watching the racers go by when he spotted a wave made from thin air but he knew it was actually Latias making sure nobody got hurt he ran over to the railing and jumped up onto it when he heard a pokeball open and a loud"Pichuuu!"His pichu jumped up onto his shoulder as he jumped up off the railing and grabbed a pole sticking out of a wall and swung letting go at just the right time he landed on a balcony and climbed to the roof he started following the race from the rooftops until he heard a cooing noise"Hey Latias."Anthony said his pichu was wearing a small red bandana on its head he trained his pichu at his fathers martial arts dojo so it knew Iron tail and Thunder punch.
