The races were today but Matt had promised that he would let all of his Pokemon play. That morning he woke up and packed enough food for him and his pokemon. The last few days have been odd for him. Some random person just walked up to him and handed him and egg saying "This pokemon could use someone like you." and then just left him with it. He has tried finding out what pokemon it was but there was no way that he could even come close to finding out. He made his way to the park and his Cyndaquil was already out of his pokeball. He got into this habit just because Cyndaquil was a very cheery pokemon always trying his best even under bad situations. When Cyndaquil made a noise Matt looked at her "What is it?" She then took off in a direction. "Wait! Come back here!" he shouted as she kept running through the streets. When Cyndaquil finally stopped Matt saw a girl with a Houndour on the street.
