They had been walking for quite some time now and Masami was still trapped in her own thoughts. Maybe her parents were right. Maybe she was just a dissappointment.
Her thoughts were interrupted when Mai all of a sudden was forcing her onto the yak, named Bohai. She managed to get a look around and noticed the attacks and Captain trying to fend off whatever the attacks were coming from. "Masami, get on Bohai. Now." Masami's face looked like someone had told her a really bad joke. "Are you kidding me?! I'm not leaving you two here!" But her protests seemed like they went completely unnoticed and she was now on Bohai's back and he was running away from the scene. She snorted and quickly grabbed the reins. "Oh hell no." She managed to turn them around and was heading back.
Within a few seconds she was near all the commotion yet again and she halted Bohai just as someone grabbed Mai and she was passed out. In a swift motion Masami was on the ground and running full speed at the man who grabbed Mai angered as if she was a bull seeing red. She came to a halt infront of the man and she had her fist raised. She leaned back and swung her whole body forward to get ultimate effect into the punch which landed straight in the man's face and hopefully, mostly for her own pleasure, broke his nose.
She breathed heavily and called for Bohai and told him to stay with her so she could aid Captain but before she left she grabbed water vessels from both Bohai and Mai. She bent the water so it covered her arms and ran towards Captain and didn't stop until she stood infront of her, fending off arrows and fire with the water. "Any ideas, Captain? I will not let anyone else die especially not you, not after everything you've done for Mai."
