The sound of squealing wheels sounded in the distance then grew closer and closer until it was followed by a harsh braking sound and the smell of burning rubber. A black van could be seen at the northern most edge of the gardens and the sliding door opened before a figure was unceremoniously dumped out of it before the door closed once more and the van began moving once more. No license plate was on the back of the vehicle and the three men that had been inside of it were masked with no identifying features visible.

Yet, the figure that they had left behind seemed quite different. A young girl, perhaps in her early twenties wearing a tank top and a pair of yoga pants. Her feet were bare, even as she curled her body up into a fetal position in the grass lining the edges of the sidewalk that led into the Gardens. A few minutes passed of relative silence. Perhaps the girl was either harmed or unconscious but then suddenly, her entire body jerked and she cried out in pain.
