Lacross perked up at the familar voice, he looked around and soon locked his eyes on to Sadie. He seemed to wiggle a bit like an excited puppy as he bounded toward her and paced quickly around her. It wasn't that often this happy and excited side of him ever got out or was even seen at that matter, since his admittion to the asylum. All most of anyone saw was either his angered bestial side or his cold and manipulative side when his humanity returned. Right now, he was in the in-between; somewhat speaking when he wanted to, but still acting like an animal.

This in-between was what had caught the nurse's attention. She watched at Lacross nuzzled and paced around Sadie like a dog who had not seen their owner in months. She knew Lacross's reputation and had seen his simmering anger first hand. She sighed, noting it on a note pad.

"Where you? Where you?" He said, finally laying in-front of her in his normal sphinx like position. In the back of his mind though, he knew people were watching his behavior, some snickering at him and some he knew were thinking about jumping him somewhere during the day if he was forced to wander the hall. He turned to looked over at the others. Only Molly and Sadie had enough of his trust to have him feel the need to protect them. If anything, he was on edge since he didn't even sleep in his room the night before. He couldn't be sure that he would lash out at other people and in the chaos, get them caught in the crossfire.
