Mark walked into the house driping with sweat from his run. Thats something he always did before he got ready to eat dinner, almost every day he would go for a run and get out of the house for a bit. He often would spend alot of his time outside, weather runing or just sleeping, he loved the outdoors and never missed a chance to be out and about. Deciding he needed something to drink Mark walked into the kitchen to grab a water from the fridge and noticed Tai working on dinner.

After drinking the water in one go he asked,"do you need any kind of help with dinner tonight?" He knew that cooking was usually left to the females of the house but Mark really didn't care about any of that. He was always willing to offer up help when asked and if it looked like they needed help. "What do you think your doing, preparing the meal is the females job," his wolf yaped into his ear. "Shut up I don't care about that kind of stuff," and then realizing he had said that out loud he also added,"I'm sorry about that, my wolf likes to put in his thoughts on things when he knows full well that it's not necessary."

"It's completly necessary, your soft, if I wasn't here you would be walked all over whenever you got into trouble with a bully, I've helped you out in scraps with others more times then I can remember so I think I deserve my own opinion," Mark's wolf growled.
