From the shadows there were figures. They weren't that clear that people where able to tell who, or even what, the figures where. If you listened closed you could hear a faint quack, probably from a duck nearby. Then there some giggles and laughs, and what they said could be barely made out. "Hehe, It's seems that most of them have arrived...." the woman's voice said a name, but no one heard it, except for the figures. "Your right Mi..." said a man and then again it was hushed before the rest of the name was said. It wasn't clear why they we're being so secretive, after all they were all alone there. "It's been a while since they came here last, its good that they are here again, gives them a break from the usually story. After all some were stuck there for years" said a different female. There was a bark and then another quack. The man that spoke before said, "Let's help them as much as we can, we don't know how long they will be here this time." and with that the figures disappeared, but a faint giggle was heard.
Aurora just finished breakfast. She woke up especially to make it for her roommates. Although if she didn't make it, they would still find a warm breakfast ready for them, but Aurora preferred making her own food. Today she woke up especially early to get all the things she needed done. First on her list was to go to the library and get a cookbook, especially desserts. She promised Wynn that she'll make him a special honey treat today. Then to Minnie's Merchandise, where she would get most of the ingredients. Possibly after, a trip to the mall to get some new clothing, after all she had to wear were some rags and a beautiful blue-ish, pink-ish dress that she arrived at the island with. Aurora left it in her closet, it was much to pretty to be worn out in the open. So Aurora's day was packed.
"Busy, busy, busy," she said as she grabbed her basket. Aurora never took a purse, but she had a basket. It felt more comfortable to her, and everything could pretty much fit. As she left her house, she started walking towards Minnie's Merchandise. Aurora then started to sing a song that she heard on the radio not that long ago, by some artist named Ed Sheeran, or so she thought. Aurora wasn't sure, but all she knew is that the music coming from the box called a radio was absolutely delightful. She looked around to see if more people were out and about, but she doubted it. After all who would be awake this early in the morning. Hopefully she will find someone today, although there are other people on the island, it does get a bit lonely. Aurora continued to sing and dance a bit on her way to the store, after all, who was even going to be looking at her?
