Nero smiled at Melody's Emolga then took a seat on one of the cushions as soon as Oak threw them on the floor. He found that Melody had sat next to him and some guy he didn't know had sat on the other side. Oak then told them all the reason why they'd been gathered here which took Nero's interest quite alot. The others agreed to Oak's plan and Nero simply said "Sure" like it was an everyday occurance for him to be asked to go on highly dangerous missions. He stood up and brushed himself off, "So then, I guess one of the most important things is what's our path?" Nero said to Oak wanting to know roughly what kind of pokemon they would find. Sure some of the larger species were leaving their territory but that didn't mean they wouldn't find a forest filled with Weedles and Caterpies.

There was one thing Nero had wondered about the noise but was never willing to share it with others, not until he'd managed to gather information about it but that was practically impossible from Pallet Town. He also wondered how certain pokemon had changed.
